Establishing a suitable framework for the use, utilization and reuse of refrigerants offers great potential for climate protection and sustainability in heating and cooling management. The main task of the association will therefore be to promote the use of refrigerants in the interests of decarbonization and climate and economic policy concerns. In doing so overcoming regulatory hurdles that are not in line with the overarching climate targets is a central concern of the association.
